2016 - Change of company name
At the turn of 2017 we changed our name from “Leszek i Agata sp. z o.o.” to “Grupa Oscar sp. z o.o.”. -
2015 - Agency in Spain
To be even closer to our Customers, the company opens its branch in Spain. From now on, Oscar Group has its branches at both ends of Europe. -
2014 - Cold store construction
Constant shortage of cooling space leads to the decision to construct another facility, completed in 2014. It extends the cooling space with 11,400 pallet spaces. -
2014 - OSCAR Social and Economic Foundation
The basic assumption of OSCAR Foundation is the activities to promote the social and economic development in Tomaszów Lubelski poviat. -
2012 - Bonded warehouse
In August 2012, INVEST Sp. z o.o. obtained a permit to run a bonded warehouse. Our bonded warehouse keeper number is: PL30300065201. Business activity carried out in the bonded warehouse includes warehousing and reloading of products subject to excise tax manufactured in another bonded warehouse. This refers to alcoholic drinks with the following CN codes: 220300, 2204, 2205, 2206, 2207, 2208. -
2011 - ``Silver Gryphon`` Distinction
“Leszek i Agata” Sp. z o.o. was awarded a “Silver Gryphon”. This is a distinction for institutions, entrepreneurs, organisations and natural persons of merit for the development of Tomaszów Lubelski poviat and its promotion in Poland and abroad. -
Rapid development
The company vision entails winning the leader position on the local market and achieving a significant position on the European market, as well as creating a Grupa Oscar brand.Providing high-quality services, Leszek i Agata sp. z o.o. wins new customers which is why it has to lease out a cold store in Tuczempy near Jarosław due to the constant shortage of cooling and warehousing space.

2008 - Distinction in Puls Biznesu plebiscite
Our endeavours were recognised by many customers. We were also awarded a distinction in Puls Biznesu plebiscite as a “Business Gazelle of Year 2008”. -
2007 - Eastern market
The company offer is addressed primarily to food manufacturers. Thanks to its location, the company utilizes local conditions and traditions of “The Region of Lublin and Subcarpathian Region as the Primarily Agricultural Area” and establishes and develops cooperation with entrepreneurs from the European Union and former Soviet Union countries. The company becomes a leader in its region of Poland.Since 2007, we have had our agency in Lviv to serve our customers even better and faster.

2007 - Development
The company responds to customers’ needs and in 2007 decides to build another high-storage cold store with EU funding and to expand its own transport facilities. Erection of another cold store facility results in changing the company activity profile to some extent. The company is focused to a greater extent on logistic services for a local market, specialising in storage services in deep-freezing chambers. -
2005 - Expansion
Besides their own cold store in Tomaszów Lubelski, the company leases out the cooling space in Leżajsk from “Hortino”, a renowned manufacturer of frozen fruit and vegetables. -
2005 - Investments
The core activity of the company comprised warehousing services in customs warehouses. At the same time, the development of the transport and forwarding department starts. Thanks to the corporate focus on services and ever growing revenue resulted in the first investment financed with EU funds in 2005. That was a construction of a cold store in Tomaszów Lubelski, 10 Rolnicza Street, together with offices in accordance with the highest standards. -
2004 - Transformation in a Commercial Law Company
In December 2004, Lesław Kapka makes a decision to transform his business activity of a natural person into a commercial law company under the name of Leszek i Agata sp. z o.o. with the initial capital of PLN 5,000,000, by contributing all the assets of the company called Leszek i Agata Lesław Kapka, Lubycza Królewska, 2B/5 Dolna Street to the new company. -
2000 - Customs Agency
“Lech” Sp. z. o.o. customs agency was founded in 2000, but the owners and employees gained their invaluable experience in one of large customs agencies since 1993. The greatest asset of the company is competence, professionalism, good command of foreign languages and extensive experience of our qualified personnel. -
1998 - Beginnings
The history of Oscar Group dates back to 1998 when Lesław Kapka, as a natural person, started his business activity under the name: “Leszek i Agata” Lesław Kapka, located in Lubycza Królewska, 2B/5 Dolna Street. The business activity included sales and then warehousing services in customs warehouses, including comprehensive customs-related services.The activity was carried out in leased premises. At that time, the company recorded continuous increase of turnover and revenue, providing services primarily for East European markets.
